Nelson Auto Specialists

Service as described before applying for appointment all work carried out as described with no hidden extras.

Staff are helpful and friendly, second job exceptionally managed, Alvin went out of his way to help me and I will be back very soon!

Alvin is honest, hard-working and a credit to Nelsons. I would not take my vehicle to any other garage as I trust him 100%. He is always happy in his work and nothing is too much trouble and overall price is always more competitive than other garages nearby. Well done Alvin, keep up the good work.

Very grateful to Alvin for getting my car sorted out ... so close to Christmas too! As with every other time, first class service!! Reliable, honest and affordable. Many thanks.

Very satisfied with the job done.

Great garage. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, reliable. Perfect as usual!

Great mechanic, reliable, good prices and good service.

The most pleasant and efficient service in over 40 years motoring.

Alvin Nelson provided a very flexible arrangement to leave and collect vehicle. Work done had always been very good. Reasonably priced and used appropriate brand materials.

Once again perfect service at a fair price. Alvin and his team are super at what they do and every time they explain clearly all options etc. I always have every confidence in what they say and what they do to keep my car safe and reliable on the road. Many thanks!

I thought the work force were very polite, friendly and a fantastic service. I was well pleased also. Very reasonable price.

Full confidence in Nelson Auto Specialists.

Alvin was able to quickly source a new back window for me and repair was carried out quickly and very efficiently. I was very happy with the service I received.

As usual the garage provided first class MOT check and routine service. They are nothing but professional and reliable....... giving clear, honest advice and charges every time. Highly recommend. Many thanks.

Good experience. Had brake pads fitted. Texted back to say cheaper than original quote!

Great, friendly and professional service. Thank you.

Friendly staff and a fast turnaround on the car service and repairs.

Many thanks to Alvin for his first class customer service on my recent visit. After initially booking the car in for a service I had to cancel my original booking date but Alvin rebooked my car in for the next day and the car was ready for my collection at 2.30 pm.

Alvin is a very lovely guy. Job well done.

Always rate a garage that doesn’t patronise female customers. Friendly and helpful mechanics who didn’t try to 'rip me off' by inventing issues with the car. Would recommend.
