Repair work very good and knowledge of vehicle excellent. Only area that needs improvement is the quality of contact with the customer.

Our 1984 Fiat Uno was first serviced regularly by the Fiat Agency-Mumfords of Plymouth. When that closed we continued with Nigel Lillis-one of their chief mechanics-who set up his own business. My husband and I are now 88years old and he has helped us unstintingly all these years.

I have used this garage for service to all my cars over the years. Not only do I receive a value for money service, I also receive a good personal service which is rare to find. As a woman on my own it's a bonus to have a garage I can trust.

I like the fact that Karen keeps me advised of the situation. I have never have to chase them.

We've known Nigel for 18 years and he has serviced our vehicles for all that time (and before he had his own business). Basically, we trust him and we don't like going anywhere else. Nigel (and Karen) both have a wonderful sense of humour so you and the car leave feeling great.

This garage is fantastic; all the staff from the lovely receptionist to the efficient mechanics. The problem was explained to me in simple terms that I would understand and also helped with other enquiries I had. A first class service, I don't hesitate in going back to the garage; I don't feel stupid with any questions I ask.
