First class service - will try to fix parts instead of replacing them (thus saving money). Kept informed, same day too.

Would highly recommend. Fantastic customer service. Kept fully informed throughout the day as to what needed doing and a lovely friendly atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be using them again!
Nice to be able to take your car back to somewhere friendly and reliable.
Have used this garage for past decade and have always found it to be efficient courteous and helpful. Owners have become friends.
The owner Nigel always takes the trouble to explain any problems etc to reassure the customer.
We have used this garage for over 10 years. Even our new warranted cars we take here rather then the franchise garage.
Excellent, friendly service.
Excellent service and work carried out to a high standard. Thank you.
Helpful ( the main dealer isn't!); knowledgeable; happy to discuss and advise; do what they say they will, and do it properly; and you also speak to the man in overalls, which I value enormously.
Nice, friendly and helpful.
Another first class job. Had to go back as further unrelated problem occurred, put right even though their workload was heavy that day. Always recommend this garage to anyone seeking a Good Garage.
Very good value for money. Lovely service and very fast.
Excellent service.
Great garage.
Always excellent quality of work, customer service and advice. I now I can completely trust this garage, which is so important for a woman on her own. Friendly and helpful too.
A garage that can be trusted.
Great to have our car picked up from home, and delivered back.
Excellent work, enthusiastic staff. Would certainly use them again and recommend to others.
My car needed some pretty hefty repairs, but first they needed to diagnose the problem. I dropped the vehicle off first thing and had a call after no more than a few hours to let me know their findings. Great communication at all times, the work was done very quickly with the car being ready to collect the same evening. I've had some bad experiences with another garage in Plymouth so you might say I'm particularly critical, but I can't fault these guys. Thanks again!
Always reliable and friendly. They've serviced our family cars for many years. The scores I've given say it all.
