Always satisfied.
Overall I'm impressed with the skill and knowledge of this garage. Friendly and understanding staff in reception too. They provided a courtesy car - very helpful.
Excellent family business and reliable.
Felt I was making all the phone calls for updates and chasing the garage on progress.
The garage owner managed to find the problem with the car when the previous garage had the car for four weeks and couldn't. The repair was done in an afternoon. I was very happy.
The team are always reasonable and polite.
Great service as usual.
Nigel and his staff are excellent. Great knowledge of the vehicle. I would certainly recommend to both the general public and trade.
Excellent service as always.
Really helpful and informative explanation of the underlying problem. They did not patronise or assume as a female I could not grasp the issues (as others have in the past). Great team.
As always - excellent, friendly and professional service. I know I can rely on the quality of work and they bend over backwards to give excellent customer service.
Friendly, helpful and quick and did the job there and then. I am a customer of this garage from today. Well done and thank you.
Once again, good knowledgeable service. I feel confident with what they say and do.
Always had first class service. All staff polite and helpful. Any issues or recommendations explained at a level that I understand. Would definitely recommend to others. Honest garage who do things for the customer and not for themselves. Don't try and fob you off, tell you exactly how it is.
All our cars have been serviced and repaired at this garage. Our sons are now car owners and this garage is their first choice as well!
Always good clear advice!!
Was very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend and use this garage again.
Excellent service and great value. Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable.
They are excellent at keeping our 21 year old car safe on the road.
