Very good reception and waiting area. Very clean garage.
Always polite, helpful and well priced.
Have used the garage many times for my MOT. They will always let you know if there is a problem before they commence work.
Cold waiting room.
Excellent. Thanks.
What a great service done within the time stated and cheaper than the main agent and my vehicle was left clean and tidy, mats fitted to floor. I will go back for MOT when due, well done lads, you are the best.
Very pleasant and helpful.
MOT-a-Car Colchester provides excellent work, service and customer contact.
Very happy with service provided.
Definitely a 5-star garage. I had to return after my service due to a loose connection but this was dealt with immediately.
Used garage for many years. Always good service.
One of the only garages I know will not talk down to me (as a female) and they always take time to explain what they are doing and why. They do not tell you, you need extra work doing when it does not. Good service at a reasonable price. Trustworthy, inspires confidence being part of the Good Garage Scheme.
Very grateful not to be made to feel stupid about lack of knowledge re car.
A very reliable garage and will always recommend to others.
The gentlemen were very friendly and so pleasant to deal with. The garage itself was spotless and I will definitely be back.
Once again very prompt to book in car over the phone. Started the MOT as soon as I arrived, finished within 1 hour.
I am very happy with the service that I have received.
Excellent with our cars and commercial vehicles.
Over many years we have taken our vehicles to MOT-a-Car Service Centre and enjoyed excellent service. We have recommended them to all our friends and continue to do so.
