Very professional, knowledgeable and very courteous staff, the likes of whom I have never come across before. Excellent communication throughout, excellent quality of work by trained team with no hidden agenda. Truthfulness and honesty personified. All round first class.
Always helpful and pleasant. Used this garage for about 18 years, wouldn't go anywhere else.
Excellent garage both in attitude and workmanship.
Very good service and clear details of any problems. Good all round garage.
Great job guys! Great service. Helpful. Honest and open with work needed. Wish all garages were like MFW Forge!
Friendly and helpful.
A garage with "old school" principles. Great service, more than helpful, go the extra mile and are honest and helpful with what needs doing! Used multiple times over the past three years and have never had any problems. Can't ask for more than that!
I'm very happy with the services of this garage.
Good customer relations - friendly and efficient. I'm very pleased overall.
Despite being fully comp and having breakdown and keycare cover, loop holes in my insurance meant bureaucracy would not help me and my 3 children were stranded on Filey Country Park for a whole day! I could not lock the car or start the ignition, which meant a huge stressful situation! I cannot thank them enough particularly Lee and Michael for going out of there way to help and support us! It was closing time at the garage yet they came to our rescue! Thank you does not even say enough for there help in getting us back to Sheffield! Awesome garage, outstanding service. My brother in law has been a mechanic in Sheffield for 30 plus years and we contacted him for advice, but distance was a problem. This garage came to our rescue! They completely relieved the stress and got us home! Enormous thanks!
The staff at MJW66 are amazing. They'll always go the extra mile to do whatever they can to help you, even if they're crazy busy. They're a local Filey business and I'll always take my car to them, no matter what car I have. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone who'll listen!
Once again good job done.
Good garage, would use again.
As always did everything required within quote and time. Honest appraisal for job - no complaints whatsoever. Great guys to deal with.
Once again, required work done within price and quote given. Great to deal with. Nothing to moan or complain about whatsoever.
