Merlin Auto's Wales Ltd

Amazing! Had the interim service which came out cheaper than on the website, staff were friendly and helpful, car feels like new - and was even hoovered which I wasn't expecting! definitely my new go-to thankyou so much! :)

Very friendly staff and extremely flexible and helpful.

Great service. Friendly staff. The work carried out is always of a high standard.

The staff are all friendly and can be trusted to do a good job.

Excellent service.

Excellent service.

To have a courtesy car whilst undergoing repairs, very much appreciated also.

As always, all the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I have never had any cause for complaint.

Very pleased, bike sounds lovely. Very friendly.

Great service and quality work.

I would highly recommend this garage. I was referred to this garage by a friend who was also extremely pleased with the helpfulness, high standard of service and at a very reasonable price, they will not rip you off.

I used to use this garage back when I lived in Haverfordwest and found their service excellent. I moved to Cardiff a few years ago but I have always arranged my servicing and MOT work around visiting my mother who still lives here (she also uses this garage).

Very helpful and polite, they kept me informed at all times.

Staff were very helpful and kept me informed A+.

Very helpful, friendly staff.

A very efficient and helpful garage. Keep you informed, totally organised. I would recommend them to all.

Excellent service. I had a fuel leak, they came out to look at the problem and towed it in the next morning to repair. I had it back that evening. Really helpful and friendly and not at all patronising which I have experienced before as a single woman dealing with garages. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful.

Regular user. No complaints. Always helpful.

Friendly, helpful and honest garage.
