Meca garage have just carried out work on both my husband's car and my own. I can not fault Jennifer and the team on the professional service they have provided for us and would highly recommend their service to all. Being eight months pregnant and no longer at work, getting my cars to the garage has become very problematic, so Jennifer very kindly picked the cars up on her way to work every morning and left me a car to use. It seems such a simple thing but it made a world of difference to me. It really was like nothing was too much trouble and I am very grateful for everything she and the team have done for us. Very detailed technical advice on some issues which were found on my car during a small routine service appointment. Meca did not try to recommend a repair when a bit of monitoring over the coming weeks is actually enough for the moment. Free courtesy car. Much better in price than the local dealership. I personally don't need service advisor's in white coats, I want a proper car mechanic with plenty of know how and experience, and that's exactly what Meca has.

Brilliant. Passed the MOT on my sixteen year old car without a fault. Continually suggested ways to cut the cost of servicing and repairs. Quickly diagnosed intermittent engine warning light fault that several main dealers had failed to find over the past three years and advised me of the cheapest solution (not to replace expensive part). However, investigations must have corrected a bad electrical connection because I have driven six hours without a warning light instead of coming on every ten to thirty mins. I'm delighted, thanks everyone.

Meca is the only garage I have used for the past ten years. The previous owners were brilliant and the current owners have carried on the customer satisfaction ethos. They are very female friendly, don't talk down to customers and are very solution orientated. I have no hesitation about recommending this garage to everyone I meet. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

Difficult to judge on whether the best service is provided, only the quality of customer service and the rate of return to correct faults can be used as immediate measures. No problems.
