Very helpful staff.

I have recently decided to 'shop around' upon hearing from my usual dealer that they charge £97.00+VAT just for labour!! What a rip off. I found out that Meca charges less than half of that and have excellent reviews/feedback to boot. Jennifer at Meca could not have been more helpful upon contact. She went to considerable effort in costing the job and explained things in a clear and concise manner. The quotation provided was adhered to and undercut my usual mainstream dealer by hundreds of pounds (for same work and manufacturer approved parts). Staff were helpful and friendly on the day and the car ran like a dream upon collection and has been ever since. Unlike with main dealers, I have come away knowing exactly what work has been completed on the car(with paperwork giving chapter and verse). My only criticism (be it minor) is that I received as to estimated time of arrival or progress. After reporting in at the reception to collect the car and sitting around for some time, I received a phone call advising that the car was ready for collection. Customer service could be improved although I understand staff were suffering due to sickness absence of a colleague on that day. I had to point out that the service interval clock had not been reset. All in all though, absolutely excellent! Keep up the good work!

Excellent garage. I was quoted by two other garages the price of a new part. This garage offered to try and repair, clean the offending valve for a quarter of of the price. The car is running great now. Thank you, I will return.

Service way beyond the norm.

This garage was recommended by a friend. it is a very trustworthy and honest firm. Very few garages are run by women and this garage really tries and supports women drivers. She has open days for women - brilliant! I will tell all my friends, especially the women.

Used this garage now three times in two months with my car and my wife's car. Fantastic value for money.
