MECA Car Services

I love this garage! It's owned and run by a woman who really gets how scary it is for a woman going to somewhere like a garage, and not understanding anything about cars. I booked in for an exhaust problem, which turned out to just be a shield that needed adjustment, which they did free of charge! They have an open shop floor policy so their mechanics are accessible (and visible) to customers, and the whole atmosphere there is really friendly! I can not recommend this garage enough.

Absolutely brilliant service, friendly staff and great communications. I will definitely use them for all future repairs and servicing etc. I have already recommended them to a number of colleagues.

The parts used and the standard of work was verified as being of a good standard by an MOT re-test.

I was impressed with the welcome, explanation and price. Time will tell if the quality of the work matches this - I hope so!

Friendly, efficient, good value for money, reliable, free courtesy car, good communication.

Very competitive price, and professional garage. Big help to have car collected and delivered by a very friendly and polite mechanic. Would certainly recommend.

Very good standard of work. Staff are polite and welcoming. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

From letters to a motor caravaning magazine in early 2000's, I've been an annual customer ever since and I trust their advice and work, which is a hard to find virtue these days.

Absolutely fantastic garage and staff. A diamond find! Amazing!

Really helpful with advice and I had feeling that hey had my best interests at heart.

Every time I have used Meca Services I have been back on the road again exceptionally quickly, sometimes immediately . Everyone is friendly, honest and trustworthy. You know you will always be given fair advice and will not be overcharged for services provided. I will not deal with any other garage.

A great team of highly experienced mechanics led from the front by the very professional Jennifer, who truly understood the essence of customer service.

I was quoted a price and given a day and time. The job was done on the day, in time and at the price quoted.

10/10 for customer service and value for money. The team at Meca Services really pulled out all the stops for me and I cannot fault their service.

Excellent service received - very friendly staff. I put my car in for an MOT and service. They could accommodate me at short notice and even gave me a lift to work once I had dropped my car off. I also asked for a quick turnaround due to time constraints and this was done with no complaints. Car passed with nothing extra needing to be done and all of the advisories were clearly explained when I picked up the car. I would definitely recommend using this garage.

Fabulous customer service; friendly and efficient.

Their expertise was second to none, and they were easy to contact and more things that gave more confidence to me. I will come back! Thanks from Jonathan, Alfa 156.

Courtesy car always available - very efficient and professional.

I cannot fault any aspect of this garage, which I have used several times in the past. All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. High standard of work and good communication with customers. I can trust this garage 100%.

Very friendly and helpful. asked if possible to use a courtesy car but there were none available so they offered to run me to the park and ride if necessary.
