Great service. They identified a problem that had already been highlighted to me at a main dealer's garage. Although it was a tough job, they provided a couple of quotes: One for fixing the problem easily, and one for fixing it if they couldn't do it the easier way. They could easily have told me that they couldn't do it the easy way, and charged me more but they didn't! Then, the next day, when I noticed that my car had something else wrong with it, I called the garage and they identified the problem over the phone and told me to bring it back straight away. They fixed it that day and returned the car to me at no extra cost. They were helpful and honest, at every step of the way.

My first visit. Really appreciated being able to speak to the mechanic. Nothing was too much trouble, including a lift to the Park and Ride as I did not require a courtesy car all day. A realistic price for the work done. Also good to chat about possible future requirements i.e.tyres/brakes without pressure to have the job done immediately, which has been my experience elsewhere.
