Fantastic customer service on the Saturday before Christmas. They went to a lot of effort to find the parts to complete the repair on the same day.
I'd driven 150 miles from East Norfolk, as my own garage had been closed. I called into Macks Garage as I'd not been able to open the car bonnet that morning to do a check. They were so helpful and I learned so much. The problems were explained and solved clearly, and effectively. I would use them again - even 150 miles away!
