Absolutely fantastic service. I've used Macks for my MOT in June as contacted them when my car wouldn't start in September and had no breakdown. They came to my home, diagnosed and booked in and then came to collect and deliver back. Totally unexpected but certainly the only garage I will use in the future.
Very helpful.
Great service and price.
Excellent service.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, displaying a caring attitude. I felt that I had received an excellent service and would use the service again.
Really great garage - stayed 30 mins past closing time to help me out. 10/10
Absolutely brilliant and couldn't be more helpful. I would highly recommend and I will certainly use them again. 10/10. Brilliant.
Garage did work very satisfactorily at very short notice.
Macks fitted my car in at short notice as I need it for my daily commute and the car had lost acceleration. Very professional and friendly service with a vast amount of knowledge about cars. The car problems were diagnosed and fixed at a reasonable cost by the end of the day.
Very helpful staff that went the extra mile to give excellent service.
Excellent friendly service. Very prompt response in relation to the request for repair work.
Have used this garage for 30 years.
Found front tyres needed replacing, and they replaced at a good price.
Good all round.
Macks Garage saved me over £500 on a new air con condenser compared to the main dealer and also carried out my MOT. Very friendly staff who explained everything to me without making me feel stupid. Will definitely use again and recommend to others. Thank you!
Fantastic, honest and trustworthy people, helped us out so many times. Are quick to fix and were great when dropping my car back to me as I have a toddler. Not many garages like this these days, we have moved areas and still not found a garage as good! Highly recommend.
Fantastic people who did more than expected. Best garage ever.
Very friendly and helpful staff and owner.
The AA took me to Mack's Garage and they were superb at getting my power steering pump done the same day.
