As usual a really good job done for my service and MOT, it is so rare to find someone who you trust to give you an honest account of what needs to be done and doesn't try to charge extra. We would not consider going anywhere else now!

I've used Lockwoods a number of times now and I have plenty of confidence in Steffan's quality of work and (more importantly to me) honesty. I've had problems with other garages in the past, but Steffan has told me clearly when something doesn't need doing, and sometimes charged me less than he'd originally quoted, when an unscrupulous mechanic could have got away without that reduction. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Steffan fitted me in at short notice to have a look at my lumpy power steering. He sorted the lot inside an hour and showed me everything as he worked. A refreshing change from the rubbish service from my car's main dealer branch whom have regularly tried to churn me for cash over the years. What a friendly, helpful guy. Why can't all garages be like this. I won't take my motor anywhere else now.
