An extremely helpful service of collecting the car for repairs.
Stefan is fantastic. He is a very caring and dedicated mechanic. He explained everything along the way and kept me informed of prices and timescales. He showed me the old and damaged parts that he replaced and explained what had happened. He is fair and very reasonable. I am now a customer for life.
I've used this garage for the last 10 years. I can trust them to do the very best for their customers.
Best quote for the repair work and helpful advice given.
The usual reliable service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks.
Highly recommended and didn't rip me off. Quality of work was outstanding and will definitely use again.
Excellent service provided, and good standard of work.
They helped me by collecting and returning my car to my home address.
Replacement timing belt and water pump on my seven year old Passat. What I love about Stefan's approach, is that he doesn't mind showing you the finer detail of the work he carries out and is always happy to explain any complex aspects of the job. He doesn't try to hide anything or churn you unnecessarily for cash (unlike the local VW garage, who wanted to charge me several hundred pounds more for the same work). I will never take my car anywhere else!
Really friendly and informative. As a woman I didn't feel awkward at all.
Excellent pick up service. Quick turnaround. Thanks!
Wonderful service - will use no other mechanic than this one.
I have used Lockwoods Garage for many years. Stefan the owner is a thorough and conscientious person. Everything is done thoroughly and checked. He won't do unnecessary work without your approval. I will continue to use this garage and recommend.
Excellent as always.
Great job yet again. Would go nowhere else for work on my car. Great bloke who knows his staff.
