Lockwood & Greenwood Ltd (Est 1931)

Very good garage, in service, civility and very helpful. Good all round services.

We have had very good service here.

Friendly, knowledgeable and certainly give confidence whenever you phone or visit them.

Nice friendly people and clear description of the problem with the car.

Very pleased with the helpful and co-operative staff.

I purchased the car from Lockwood and Greenwood and everyone was most helpful and professional. I will continue to use the garage when necessary.

I am always satisfied with the service received. More than helpful at all times whatever your query. The staff are always very friendly and polite.

Customer service was excellent. Telephoned me for permission to do minor things to car. When I went to collect my car, the person dealing with me took a few minutes to go through every thing with me, even though it was late in the day. That was something I really appreciated and proves they care about their clients.

I walk into reception and the person dealing with me knew my name and previous history of work done to the car without me saying anything. That makes me feel valued as a customer and indicates to me that they really care about me and my car.

I could not fault the service by Dave and Bryan.

Efficient service within good time limit. Well placed garage near bus and rail router.

I have used this garage for a number of years. They have always been first class in dealing with me whether it be repairs, replacements or service.

Very good service.

The staff are excellent, very polite and cheerful. Nothing is too much trouble.

It is always a great garage to do business with and is a local family firm.

Always excellent service and response to problems, follow-up checks without fail. Thank you to everyone at Lockwood & Greenwood.

The scheme of dropping off at home while work is being done and than picking you up at the end is very good. Many thanks to everyone at Lockwood and Greenwood.

As usual I was very satisfied with everything. The staff are very helpful and explain things fully. I would not go anywhere else.

Excellent, very helpful staff. Feels like a garage I can trust to carry out the work on my car.

Quick, efficient, helpful action.
