Truly excellent. As a woman who knows little about cars and their mechanics, I have always been very weary of garages in fear they would 'rip me off'. Had an MOT and service plus a tailgate switch needed replacing. The staff were helpful and friendly - as always - and they came to pick up our car from home and drop it off afterwards. The front brake pads needed replacing, but they checked with us first before commencing the work. An all-round pleasant and trouble-free experience.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They are true to their word and in a world where some take advantage of your good nature, these guys go beyond making sure your car stays on the road. We purchased the car 18 months ago. There have been a few problems along the way, but Lockwood and Greenwood wanted to put right any issues we found and they have they have a customer for life with us they are awesome our next car will be from Lockwood and Greenwood because we know we have the right sales and service team looking after us.
