Nothing seems to be too much trouble for Nigel and his team. They always go out of their way to be accommodating. The problem I have had with my boot was sorted out within 2 days of me contacting Nigel. The main dealer in Cardiff had kept me hanging on for 3 weeks, putting me on hold, letting the phone go dead, and not returning my calls as promised.
After the service I just felt the car had been serviced properly. It gave me a feeling of satisfaction.
I would recommend this garage to others. My battery had died one day, and they fitted me in there and then - even with a member of their staff off.

The staff made me, as a female customer, to feel at ease. They also refused to do my brakes, which I thought needed doing, as they said there were plenty more miles in them. A very honest and trustworthy garage!!
