Excellent professional, trustworthy service. Very knowledgeable staff who explained the problem in simple terms, and what the solution was. They kept me informed at all times about the progress of repair and my car was ready for collection at the time and price agreed (no hidden extras).

I was able to book my car in for an MOT and service easily, and at my convenience. The garage rang me throughout the morning to say what needed to be changed. The mechanic told me in detailed but simple terms what had been done, and all the appropriate paperwork was handed over. Good service, good prices and a good garage!!

On 2 recent visits, one for a service, another for a cam belt change, I have found the fitters very knowledgeable and trustworthy as well as the cost being as agreed.

This was the first time that I had used this garage, and I would definitely use them again. All of the staff were very helpful, informative and honest about the work that my car needed. They were very good at communicating with me at every stage - and they were also very accommodating with me doing everything in one day as I had work.

Due to extreme weather conditions I, along with many others, could not attend my pre-booked appointment for the MOT on the previous Friday. I re-booked Saturday but still road conditions prevented me from attending. I eventually managed to get my car in on Monday and even though the garage now had a huge backlog they still MOT'd my car and got it back to me within 3 hours! The guys opened longer on the Saturday too to try to accommodate customers who were struggling because of the weather. They provide an outstanding service there and work extremely hard to do the very best for their customers. They have always worked this way and that is why I would never consider going to another garage and have recommended them to all my friends and family.
Nigel and Nathan are brilliant at their job. We have used them a number of times and each time have been more than satisfied with the quality of the work and the explanation of why it was being done. Llynfi Lane Garage is a superb organisation and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are a real credit to their profession. I will continue to use them and would recommend their services to everyone. Well done Nigel, Nathan and young Chris too. First class operation.
