This garage goes above general customer service.
The gang at Llynfi Lane are amazing. My battery was faulty and needed replacing. I rang at 4.40pm and the job was completed by 5.30pm. (Closing time was 5pm). The most helpful, considerate and trustworthy garage I've ever used. Thank you. 5*.
Good service and good attitude from staff!!
Very reasonably priced and good customer service. Excellent and quick service. Thank you!!
Happy with service and no add on's to bump up the price, like so many garages do.
Excellent service. Polite and friendly family-run business. Owner went the extra mile in order that vehicle was repaired within timescale agreed. Excellent communication with garage throughout repair. Highly recommended. Would certainly use again.
Excellent advice offered as well as explanation of work carried out. I would have no hesitation in recommending this garage. Five stars plus!!
Excellent service, very helpful over the phone when I enquired about the repair plus with dropping off and picking up, even offering a pick-up service. They communicated with me throughout the day, updating on the progress with repair and showed me the faulty part and explained everything fully.
Again fantastic garage. Honest, trustworthy and treated me genuinely.
Very pleased with service. They did not go on a fault-finding mission to charge more (not like a local fast fit centre).
If it was possible. I would happily give J Morgan and Son ten stars for everything. They are amazing.
Really good work and very nice guys. Could not fault the service. Will use again.
