Mark was really helpful, he squeezed me in short notice and provided an excellent service. He gave me a solid diagnosis and explained everything in a very easy to understand way, provided me with options for a solution and charged a very reasonable rate.
As always a rapid response to a request for help and sound advice. You couldn’t wish for any better.
We were stuck 400 miles from home with a car which wasn't running. Mark dropped everything to look at our car, stayed back 2 hours after closing time. Identified the multiple electrical faults and carried out the repair there and then. If we lived closer all 3 of our cars would be brought to KVMS.
