Quick, efficient and polite.
Have been using KVMS for a few years now. The quality of work, helpfulness of the staff and general overall good job that they do keeps me coming back. They are thorough with their work but I never feel that they are carrying out work unnecessarily like some garages' I've used. Great job!!
Good service, even came to pick up car.
We were kept informed at progress in relation to the repair. We were contacted in relation to decisions on the repair. The repairs were completed in a timely fashion and the car returned to us earlier than anticipated. Thanks very much.
Forgot to book in for MOT in advance so phoned o the day and Mark and the team fitted me in along with other scheduled other work. Excellent service.
Mark and team at KVMS are always so helpful and polite. I always get excellent service and if necessary they will come and collect my vehicle from home.
Careful attention to our classic vehicle. Excellent service.
Fantastic service, advice and follow up. Will use again.
Very helpful, sent pictures and videos and called to let us know what was happening, nothing was too much trouble.
Warning and limp mode on car on way home from holiday, main dealer no help. KVMS saw us on ten minutes notice. It took them ten more minutes to send us on our way happy so we could get home and look for a local repair. Very professional and knowledgeable. If I lived closer I'd use them again.
Very professional and polite. Will use again.
Very professional and polite. Will use again. Thank you.
Fitted me in within one hour of ringing up. Always top notch at K V M S.
The module was caused to fail by water ingress - a design fault. The failure caused the alarm to sound and the boot could not be opened. K V M S collected the vehicle, made the vehicle usable that day and returned it for use while obtaining a replacement module which was fitted - all within three working days. Excellent!
