Recent problem with rear suspension on my Volvo was dealt with quickly and without fuss as always. Mark always makes the time to explain/show videos of the problem and explain the background and what needs to be done. Sue is so charming and very patient with warranty companies

Excellent service. After having been told that I needed a new CEM from a previous garage for my vehicle they re checked my diagnostics and managed to clear and fix all fault codes. Replaced my battery which was causing most of the issues and a couple of sensors on the vehicle le as well.

I have been using this garage for a long time because the work is always of a very high standard, giving me confidence I never had with previous garages. Sue at reception is exceptional, consistently going above and beyond every time I have a request.

I brought my car into your garage this afternoon to check the tyre pressure on my right hand front tyre and I left really feeling as though I’d been ripped off. I am so disappointed, if I hadn’t of been in a rush to leave to get back to work, I’d have challenged these costs.

Having frequented KVMS for over 15 years’ the main reason is confidence. Regularly serviced and preventively maintained, the quality and high standard of work is always undertaken. Any remedial work whether required immediately or scheduled at a later date is never forced upon you.

A thorough investigation was carried out and recommendations as to the work required was relayed with quotes before proceeding. Regular updates with pictures and videos of problem areas were sent. Pleased with the work carried out and will use again if needed.
