I have used this garage for many years and the service level has always been very high. Sue contacts well in advance of a service due or the MOT being due. Mark, the owner is very experienced and takes the time to explain what they have done and any concerns they may have, as does Sue.

The vehicle was booked in for a MOT. Upon arrival, the MOT was carried out which meant that the vehicle could be driven away within 30 mins.

I called in at KVMS garage to book an MOT at short notice, managed to get it booked in that very afternoon. MOT completed with one advisory fully explained to me. Happy customer, also informed that having supplied my contact details a reminder will be sent for next years test.

Mark is probably the best mechanic out there, and I’ve been to a lot of garages over the years. Looks after 6 of my vehicles and never have any problems at all. Try him, you won’t go elsewhere after.

Mark the owner at KVMS is the only person we trust to work on our car and he is totally trustworthy work carried out is always of a high standard, Sue his PA is absolutely brilliant keeps you updated at all times her efficiency and standards will not be beaten

Having used this garage for significant years', the outstanding service and quality of work is what keeps me going back. The flexiblitiy of being to email; phone or message to get the car(s) in in short notice with any preventative work is second to none. Sue is excellent and a absolute asset.

Amazing service from Mark and KVMS! Always feel like I’m in safe hands. Thorough job done, explained everything clearly and took videos to show me the work needed. Sue was so lovely too and kept me informed. nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended garage, would trust completely.

Mark was brilliant at showing me the parts of the car that needed work and explaining why and, despite me not having a clue about engines, it all made sense! I feel completely reassured that my daughter’s car is now much safer to drive. Sue, in the office, is brilliant!
