I have been using Kilgannon Motors, Bannockburn for a few years now and have always been impressed by the customer service, the quality of the work and the price for any repairs I have had carried out on my vehicle. A few days ago the wiper linkage on my vehicle broke and needed a complete new system. I contacted Kilgannons and they managed to book me in the very next day to have the work carried out. The work was carried out quickly and the difference to the wiper system was huge. I also had a service carried out and was very happy with the way the car was running/driving. 2 days later I discovered a small crack on my windscreen emanating from the area where the repair to the linkage had been carried out. I contacted Kilgannons and told them what I had found and without even seeing the car they offered to pay to have the windscreen repaired! For my own peace of mind and to show the damage I took the car up and the damage was examined. Without any hesitation I was given the money to have my windscreen repaired. With all repairs there is an element of risk with other parts being damaged and accidents can and do happen. I definitely feel like a valued customer and never thought for a second that the windscreen repair would have been paid for by the garage. Brilliant customer service and I could not have hoped for a better outcome. Will definitely continue to use this well run, customer focused family business and have no hesitation recommending them to others.
