Arrived at 1645 hrs when apparently I should have been there at 1500 hrs (on a Friday) to have four new tyres fitted. Notwithstanding being only fifteen minutes from closing time, the receptionist and her colleagues stayed on late to get the tyres fitted. Even got a coffee and cheery chat.
