Once again many thanks for your pleasant attention to my needs. Gold star.
Excellent work done regarding engine and inlet manifold clean. Car is running like new. All staff very friendly and helpful. Have recommended this treatment to my friends as I would use it again. Many thanks.
Well satisfied. Will use again.
Very friendly staff. Good communication regarding the work needing done on my car. Very convenient that my car was delivered back to me after the work was done. Would definitely recommend Kilgannon's.
Absolutely fantastic service from Jamie, Katie and all the team. Major device to my Mercedes ML300 CDI. Much better than a main dealer who would charge twice the price and do half the work. Very very professional and now the car drives as it should! Many thanks to all.
Best garage in Central Scotland. I have trusted Kilgannon Motors with my cars for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The work is done to the highest standard and you are kept informed at every stage. Can't recommend them enough.
Always friendly, helpful, honest and fair. In short, perfect.
Car broke down 0830. Garage staff with me by 0840; arranged trailer to collect car; took me to garage and supplied courtesy car. Advised 12.30 replacement drive shaft received. Advised 1630 vehicle ready to collect. Excellent service on a day when the car was essential to me. Highly recommended.
Excellent garage. Good honest staff. Will drop you at home and deliver your car to you. Helpful and friendly staff.
Genuinely top class service all round.
Excellent service as always. Customer service is first class.
I would gladly use this garage again.
Good communication.
Can't sing the praises of this wee garage enough. The receptionists are incredibly knowledgeable about my car and their mechanical knowledge is impressive. Engineers are similarly polite and friendly. I like that I am warned in advance about work needing to be done, keeping my much loved old VW on the road.
Collection and return of car most helpful. Friendly voice on telephone. Do their best to accommodate you. Being elderly the garage gives me the security of knowing a call gets me the help I require.
Enjoy the benefits of very personal attention as opposed to the cut and thrust of a larger dealership!
The most customer focused garage I have dealt with and standard of work is excellent.
Fitted me in at short notice. Excellent service.
Excellent service and what a great job done on car. They would not charge me for work done as they said I had waited too long which I don't believe I had. Only garage my car will be going to for work from now on.
