Showed up 8am for noise check from exhaust area. In the guest car park (I'm pretty sure, that was the owner),guy really quick diagnosed the issue...8:10pm car was ready to drive. Company refuse to take any money for their job. I was so surprised. Thanks Kilgannon Motors one more time
I bought a car for my mother in law the process was the easiest I have every encountered from the minute I had the car out for a test drive to the minute I took it home Graeme who I dealt with was so professional and virtually everything was dealt with before I arrived would highly recommend them
driving past had a wheel noise (just a heat shield loose), popped in to Kilgannon, manager on his own on a Sunday morning but got a pal round to help take it off. Refused any payment - really superb service, saved our weekend away! (Also have used Kilgannon in the past - really good business)

I bought my car from this garage. I am very disappointed. They have changed my catalyc converter three times. I booked an appointment two weeks ago and brought my car in to sit at their garage for more than a week waiting for a part to arrive. I have yet to receive an apology. Not recommendable.
I would honestly be lost without this garage! Slotted me in last minute for repairs as couldn't manage without the car. Friendly and helpful and nothing too much trouble. Even at busy times the garage made sure my car was safe and looked at when it needed an oil leak checking. A super find. Thank U!
Staff helpful and polite, with frequent updates.A few points: State of cab on collection. Empty Irn Bru can, old work mat full of oil.Facia access panel on floor. G/box contents on floor.Scratch along side slide door,red in colour,possibly 4 post pillar?After paying nearly £1700 I don't expect this.
Friendly and very professional service although these guys saved me thousands of pounds as what appeared to be needing a catalytic converter replacement. They fitted me in the same day i phoned up and within an hour had diagnosed my problem and fixed it, I couldn't recommend them enough, very happy.
