Nice local garage, fair prices, good work. Support your local garage!!! They get to know you, it’s better than big mail dealer than just wants the easy work. New but returning customer
This was my first visit to Karen Autos. I was impressed - they carried out a bunch of checks before doing unnecessary work. Good communication on the status of the car. Helpful and friendly staff.
We have used Karen autos over three generations of the family now, servicing and maintaining our several cars over the years. We are reminded when MOT and service is required and the work is always carried out competently, with care. And at a fair price. One is kept in informed of what is involved.
Consistently high standard of work at very competitive prices. I have used Karen Autos several times for various odd jobs on my Audi and always come away satisfied. They really know their stuff and patiently explain in detail what the mechanical issue is. Handy drop off service too.
Have been a customer of Karen Autos for years. They are the best, such lovely people and they have helped me enormously over the years. I am extremely grateful.
Mark (and his Dad before) have always provided excellent service and can be trusted to have undertaken the required work completely.
Friendly, efficient, local service. Much appreciated.
Have used Karen Autos for years they are local, reliable, friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Would recommend highly as a local, independent business.
Brought 2004 Jaguar diesel with black smoke, after two repairs that didn't work. They went over and above the usual efforts of other garages. Official Jaguar or other independents would have meant writing the car off. Recommend as honest, even when things don't go to plan. Car now runs great like new !!
A great local garage doing excellent work at decent prices. Staff are helpful and know their stuff.
Was stranded in Blackheath on Saturday of the bank holiday weekend but Mark managed to source a part and repair my car within two hours at a very reasonable cost. Really helpful and excellent work.
As my car is over fifteen years old and I am a woman, I was nervous about finding another garage after the one I'd used before had shut. A colleague recommended this website and I used it to find Karen Autos. Great service - I will definitely use them again.
Very friendly, helpful local service. Speedy and reliable.
The garage completed the service quickly, notified me when I was ready for pick up and were very polite and helpful.
Mark is amazing. Thank you.
Really excellent service from a local garage (not a chain). Helpful and good advice. Individual/personal attention by the owner of the business.
Karen Autos have been maintaining my cars for over 10 years. I find them very reliable and if there's any extra work to be done, they always contact me before they go ahead. Standard of work very good.
Very happy. Was recommended to us by friends. Definitely use again.
Excellent service. Expert advice. Great value. Smiles all round!
