The staff are friendly and approachable from the start. Main dealer professionalism from the moment you walk in. No pressure selling just seems to be straight up advice on what is available and what is involved in the job required. If extra work is required they will phone to discuss for authorisation. Overall a better and more pleasant experience than dealing with a main dealer. Little touches like washing the car prior to collecting it helps. I've never had my car washed at a main dealer even when it was filthy. All work carried out is explained at the end. Top effort people and this comes from someone who has quite a distrust of car places. Would definitely use again.
