The garage failed my MOT stating BOTH rear coil springs were broken. I offered to get them replaced myself using local garage. The garage asked why I replaced them - they were fine. KAM did refund me the cost to replacing them. To diagnose one coil spring incorrectly could be a mistake but not both!
