Service and all staff excellent.
I was booked in at 9.00AM and my collection time was at 4.20PM (could have been called in later than 9.00AM). Surely the service is not 5 hours long.
I will recommend this garage to friends and family. I have used KAM to correct a couple of on-going issues that were quickly and efficiently fixed. Good communication and great work. I would have no hesitation in using them again. Thanks.

I found myself facing an orange service light in the car park of a hotel, telling me I needed oil. On my way through Long Eaton I spotted KAM, the garage looked trustworthy and was evidently busy, so I called in. Within two minutes they had checked my levels, topped me up and spotted that I appeared to be burning some oil which I got attended to on my return to Oxfordshire. A more helpful garage with a nicer crew it would be very difficult to find, thanks KAM.
All the staff are unfailingly polite and helpful, cheerful too, which is nice.
