When I recently had a serious issue with my vehicle, the Long Eaton KAM team couldn't do enough to resolve my problem. I personally want to thank both the service manager and Som for both taking ownership of the problem. They were extremely helpful and treated me and my vehicle with total respect and were very professional in the way they resolved the issue. They put themselves out to ensure my problems were resolved in a professional manor, kept me the informed throughout and meant I had a stress free end to end experience by giving me the total trust that the matter was being dealt with both in a professional and timely manor. I would recommended the team to anyone. Thanks again.

Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I was kept fully informed about what was going on and when I collected my car it had been washed. Excellent.
