Thank you, Raj as helpful as ever.
Quick, efficient service.
I thought the service was excellent and non-intimidating (sometimes you get this at garages). I thought they were very professional and knowledgeable.
I needed the air con done in a hurry due to an unexpected (long) trip. KAM Heanor did it straight away - on a Saturday!
Very useful to have a reminder sent to home address for MOT, or service due and to have a replacement car while work is done and trust is very important to.
I found the garage personal and very helpful. They kept me informed of the progress of my MOT and there was no problem in booking a day/time to suit me and a courtesy car.
This garage is helpful and reliable and I have always had excellent service from them. Plus, I have the knowledge they will not rip me off. Nothing is too much trouble. They will give extra service, i.e. collect vehicle and deliver it back to my home, at no cost.
Late Monday morning, 3rd May bank holiday, the clutch went on my car so I had to be transported home by my breakdown service - Green Flag. I didn't think KAM would be open, it being a bank holiday but phoned to see. They were but they were closing at 2:30 pm but said if I could get the car to them they would start it on Tuesday 4th. I think they know that my wife is disabled and can't get on without the car. Green Flag got the car there at 2:15. Late on Wednesday 5th the car was repaired and I collected it the next day Thursday 6th. Quick work!
Saved my life. Merci.
I can not commend this garage it's staff and manager enough. They are patient, kind and most of all good at their job.
Very accommodating, managed to fit my car in last minute, sorted it quickly and I was able to pick it at the time convenient for me after normal opening hours.
Excellent service and attitude.
Gave me excellent service and attention even though it was at a bank holiday time. We go for all future works to this garage. Faultless in any way !
Above and beyond the call of duty.
Quick service.
Very polite and friendly. I would recommend definitely.
Good, friendly and professional service at a competitive price.
Always explains fully the work and costs required.
A good friend of mine has been using this garage for many years.
