Julie gave excellent service on the phone when I called asking for a price for four new tyres for my Viano. In this highly competitive market I contacted four companies in total - I decided to give KB Tyres the business, partly because I'd used them before but largely because of Julie's professionalism.

They arranged for me to get my car done on the weekend as I needed it for work. Filled up wiper fluid without asking. Very pleased.
No problems, staff very good. Thanks.
Thorough check of all tyres including spare. Choice of tyres and prices recommended. Would recommend to others.

Very good service.
I was urgently needing a repair and having phoned what I thought were the big main garages and were told they could do nothing until the next day. I found K B Tyres online who were outstanding and came within the hour. Superb service from start to finish. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.
Really happy. Squeezed me in last minute. Done while I waited. Friendly staff.
Amazing service! First time used this garage. Visiting the north for family birthday. Quick, efficient, personal service. Went over and beyond to help. Am thinking of scheduling family visits around MOT!
Excellent customer service. Not only by mechanics, but also reception staff. Very helpful and I will certainly be recommending and returning myself in the future. 5 stars.
Good, efficient service. Helpful staff. Value for money.
Very happy, so nice the lady on reception gave me a lift home in her own car. I will recommend this garage to everyone.
What a lovely bunch of people at this garage. Costs were reasonable and I was kept up to date with what needed doing.
Receptionist Julie unfailingly helpful. Mechanics explained what they had done when asked with courtesy. Very approachable to deal with.
