My Audi Q5 required quite a few remedial jobs, to resolve driving issues, especially with the brakes. Julie made sure I was aware of what required fixing, keeping me updated throughout. Josh spent a couple of days making sure those issues were resolved and my car drives like new again.
Needed 2 front tyres, phoned and spoken to Julie, tyres ordered and fitted on the same afternoon. Great service and price as always.

Discovered a problem with my car. I contacted K.B and despite being busy I was told that I could take my car along for assessment. Within a couple of hours I received a text message advising me that my car had been attended to. No charge. Exceptional customer service (again).

Fantastic family run business, with Kevin & Julie looking after all your needs. Alan Batey and Davey their mechanics are awesome and nothing is to much! I will always use KB, luckily local to me, but I'd travel to them if I had to. Here's to many more years of trading xx
