Very helpful staff, with a no-pressure approach to business. Good advice was offered when my car failed its MOT.
The previous garage I had been using had missed many faults, even after a so called service and MOT. I was experiencing several problems with my car, so I took the advice of a friend and visited Jordans. It was late one Friday afternoon, but Mr Jordan kindly had a quick look at my car and it was then I decided to book it in for a full check-up the following week. During the examination of my car, they kept me updated with the many problems and the cost of having them fixed. As some of the problems were more urgent than others, they advised me which I would be best to have fixed first. I booked my car in for the following week and they attended to the faults, ringing me throughout the day, with any additional costs which may be incurred to check it was OK to continue. So far, I have been very pleased with the friendly attitude and helpfulness of all the staff at Jordans. I will be taking my car back next month to have the less urgent work done.
