Excellent front of house customer service Good, prompt, communication Thorough feedback and explanation Friendly and considerate Reliable and trustworthy workmanship
Used Jordan’s garage several times now for both my Audi and Golf. Always provide a great service with good quality workmanship at a competitive price.
I had an awful noise coming from my car so I pulled into the car park by a stroke of good luck, the kindest and most helpful staff who made me feel at ease and explained everything to me and got me on my way again. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, I wouldn’t use another garage now!
Struggled to find anywhere that took me seriously and treated me with respect as a female customer. I go every year for my MOT and don't bother getting quotes for work needed anymore as I trust them. I'd really recommend them.
Simon and the team were excellent , great comms and excellent service. Highly recommended.
Quicker than expected repair when place already full. Thankyou.
Both my husband and I have had work carried out over the past twelve months with Jordan’s and every time we have used them we have had great service and communication from them.
Brilliant service. Good communication. Will use again.
Always helpful and pleasant.
Used before, always great service, very helpful with previous car which required repairs.
The only garage that ever phoned me promptly about the status of my car.
