I liked the friendly but business-like manner in which I was welcomed and informed of the cost of the required work when I first took the vehicles to John Dennis for an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and much better than my main dealer would have been. The premises are appropriate - not lavish but clean and efficient looking. Particularly welcome more calls to explain delays and what was happening.
