The staff were great and told me what needed to be done on my car so I wouldn't need to bring it back.
They spotted the problem quickly and fixed within two hours whilst lending me a car to get home in.
We had taken our car to many other garages, who couldn't diagnose the fault - yet still charged us! It was immediately diagnosed and fixed here.

This was the first time that I had used John Dennis, and I was very pleased with the service I was given. They were very polite and helpful, and my car was nice and clean when I collected it. A courtesy car was supplied to me, and they also telephoned me before any extra work was done. I'm well satisfied.
Work and customer care were more than one could hope for. Whilst obviously busy, the staff took time to explain everything clearly. I left feeling confident that a good job had been done. A very happy working environment and all staff were excellent.
