They were extremely helpful, and provided a prompt diagnosis of the problem with a full explanation of the work to be carried out. I was also given a loan vehicle. Superb service all round.

We have been using John Dennis since summer 2012 when our Discovery had to be recovered from France. To find a trustworthy and competent company these days is hard work, but we can honestly say we wouldn't go anywhere else now. The attention to detail from the moment you drop the car off to when you pick it up, the customer care and the general friendliness is second to none. We would happily recommend John Dennis.
Excellent work, sent an email with a list of problems. On arrival they went through every item and asked if there was anything else wrong. They kept in contact advising me on costs throughout the work. Glad to find a garage that actually does what they say they will do, see you when the service is due.
