Great service - fast turnaround and good price.
Door window mechanism broke, leaving window down. Supplier dealer, couldn’t have cared less, saying middle of May possibly. Searched and found John Dennis, couldn’t have been more helpful, got car in right away. Replaced mechanism while I waited. First class service.
I have been taking my vehicles to this garage for at least the last 16 years for services and repairs. Never had reason to complain. Always excellent service all round so would highly recommend.
From the first phone call to handing back the keys, they were faultless. Very rare these days!
Fitted me in immediately as my MOT had run out
Hourly labour rate is high at £120 plus vat

Timing Chain Replacement ...
Excellent work on budget and time. There is no Land Rover specialist in the area that comes close to the standard and cost effectiveness of JD 4x4.
Brilliant service all round.
Would recommend top service very helpful and polite staff
It is the best garage for JLR around the area. Good customer service and very reasonable price for parts and charges. I can't recommend enough this garage for any JLR cars. Absolutely good.
John Dennis 4x4 can always be relied upon to deliver first class workmanship with outstanding customer service …….
Excellent service and much more cost effective than Land Rover main dealer
Incredibly prompt repair/replacement of failed belt pulleys and worn front drive belt, completed within hours of our car being delivered by recovery transporter to John Dennis 4x4. Picked the car up the following morning from the garage and the engine is quiet and running smoothly, really pleased.
Used for over 15 years and will continue to do so in the future.
Really can't rate these guys highly enough. Helped me out of a tight spot at very short notice - always brilliant customer service. Highly recommended.
