Outstanding and personal service in rescuing and repairing my car following a immobiliser/steering lock fault. Car quickly repaired and returned beautifully valeted. Have used J D for 3 years now and highly recommend them for quality, price and customer service.
Nothing is too much trouble for John Dennis, from loaning you a car to collecting the vehicle from your home. Telephone calls at all stages. It makes taking the car for service an absolute pleasure.
Fault identified immediately and service booked. Fault clear itself, but staff extremely helpful and understanding. Car checked and tested. Brake pads replaced.
