John Cox & Son

I and my wife have been using John Cox for a few years and are very satisfied with all aspects of service provided. Especially in comparison with the main dealers previously used.

Always very good and great customer service.

Outstanding family run business. Courteous, fair priced and have recommended already.

Helpful and friendly family run business.

The usual excellent service.

Impeccable service as usual.

I always get quick efficient service from this garage and have used them for the past 23 years.

Have been using John Cox Motors for a few years now. As staff are very friendly and their work standard is very high. We totally trust them.

Nice people. Good local service. Helpful and efficient.

Good, local and honest garage. Recommended by a colleague as their family garage that only does necessary work. They live up to being known as honest. Thank you.

10/10 as always.

Popped in on Friday and advised the problem was a blown fuse. Unable to extract the fuse myself, I went back unannounced today for advice. Immediately a cheerful, charming and efficient young man replaced the fuse on the spot and refused any payment – amazing, good, old-fashioned service. I’ll be back.

Popped in unannounced recently asking for advice about replacing a headlight bulb. It was dealt with immediately without any appointment and the only charge was for the bulb. The young man who did the work was cheerful, charming and efficient; I was immensely impressed with such good service.

I have been using John Cox for 36 years ever since living in the area. I have found Richard and all the engineers helpful and courteous and was given a free holiday check up in the summer. I would have no hesitation in recommending the firm again as I have in the past.

Just how you like a local garage to be. Friendly, informative, good workmanship and trustworthy.

Have always used this garage over many years and the standard of work is always good.

Very good personal service. Excellent standard of work. Reasonable prices.

Helpful, pleasant and clear communication. Work on MOT and service carried out promptly and I was kept informed of what was needed.

Impeccable, used this garage for over 45 years. So helpful and reliable.

This is everything a garage should be to serve a community like ours. Accessible, local, efficient and friendly.
