Richard and his staff are incredibly helpful. I first went to them on recommendation when the usual garage refused to assist with a home start problem (Priests, Chesham) and they volunteered to come and take the car to their garage with no fuss at all. They are never to busy attend to and diagnose unexpected problems immediately - though they are so much in demand that it may take a few days before they can fit you in. reasons for the 2 '4's' are that I actually don't know re estimating - on general helpfulness (as per your printed form) they get a 5+.

Owner's service book was not stamped, but plenty of other stamps, certificates etc. Many thanks.
