Jacksons Garage (Leicester) Ltd

Excellent.

I was suspicious of work recommended by the main dealership after a service. This garage carried out essential work on the same day but after examination said other repairs were not necessary - a saving of £800.

Great services, many thanks.

First rate engineering as usual!

Friendly and informative service.

Brilliant.

Always helpful and courteous.

Efficient and friendly service.

Trustworthy and thorough. Over the years since my disability, special consideration has been made collecting and delivering my car and keeping in contact while servicing. Top marks to great blokes.

Very courteous and efficient service.

Recently changed from a bigger garage which had become less personal and friendly with a take over and closure. Jacksons is small and with very experienced and excellent staff.

Second use of this garage, very efficient. diagnosed the problem and managed to fit the clutch within 24 hours. Very pleased with service, feedback, price and repair, would definitely use again.

Excellent service and help. June 2009.

So pleased to have a local Peugeot garage again since the other one closed in 2008.

Always helpful.

The first time I have used this garage and was very impressed.

Best service, better than dealer.

I contacted this garage on a Sunday night and the telephone was answered immediately! I explained that I had a problem with my brakes that had become suddenly quite urgent and needed the work doing asap. My car was collected locally that night and the work carried out on the Monday. My vehicle was delivered to my home address early Monday evening. Excellent service. No complaints whatsoever. Pleasant, efficient, reliable and reasonable. Thank you.

Now used for many years with complete satisfaction.

I am a new customer and very satisfied after two visit, hope to continue there,
