Jacksons Garage (Leicester) Ltd

First class repair.

Excellent as usual, consultation about costs before starting job always takes place.

Nice to find a helpful garage which is not a rip off and has a speedy service. If I lived locally I would definitely use again!

Usual high standard.

I had a coolant problem with the car and this was dealt with as cheaply and quickly as possible. Also, the rear wheel bearings were found to be defective on a road test. They were replaced cheaper than the quote.

Collected from and delivered back to my house. Excellent service as usual.

Far cheaper then dealers using same products. Very pleased.

I reported noisy steering at full lock. The problem was diagnosed very quickly. The power steering pump was adjusted and the car road tested. The cost was minimal and the problem sorted.

A thorough professional job to replace worn out brakes was done at a reasonable price.

They were great, fixing a botched repair from a main dealer.

Very satisfactory. Pleasant and helpful.

I had a bleak battery condition, and they gave me instant attention. A new battery was ordered, delivered and installed within 2 hours. Very good service.

Fault was identified quickly and correctly (worn valve seals). Quote given was accurate, until it became apparent that other work was needed (new radiator) at which time I was called to discuss the additional work and the new estimate was accurate to the final bill. Work was carried out quickly, thoroughly and to a good standard. Old parts were kept for me to inspect upon collecting the car. I will use again and I would recommend. Fair price.

Good work, brilliant as ever.

Excellent service as one had come to expect from this garage.

It was reassuring to know that the garage was part of this group. I am very pleased with the work so far.

Very female friendly. I did not feel intimidated or that I was being 'ripped off'. They came across as honest and transparent. They called prior to carrying out work with a price.

Excellent service - as ever!

The gentleman who I dealt with was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as I arrived, he came to look at my car and diagnosed a potential problem. Then he booked my car in for a check before any work was taken place.

Excellent communication throughout, very polite and professional staff and overall brilliant service.
