Jacksons Garage (Leicester) Ltd

Friendly staff and explained everything clearly about work done.

Very reliable. Extremely pleased with their work.

Excellent as always.

Very pleased with prompt attention to the repair.

Very courteous and helpful. Explained why things were done and rectified problems.

There are numerous nearer garages but none more thorough and helpful.

As always - courteous, friendly, helpful and very efficient.

Excellent service as usual. Very reliable and thorough.

Excellent attitude. Fitted me in around other work they had booked in at short notice. Rapid service, in and out very quickly.

Very thorough work carried out by a friendly and personable team. I would take my car back to these guys over the dealership any day of the week. Furthermore the quote in terms of pricing of the work was so much cheaper than the dealership.

I posted a Facebook status asking if anybody knew a garage that wouldn't rip me off and a number of people referred me to this garage. They mentioned what a wonderful job and service was given by them. A number of other garages were mentioned, however, they all had good and bad referrals.

We were more than pleased with the service we received. The staff at Jacksons were very helpful and more so, considering they had to deal with a faulty battery we had from the AA. They were very courteous even under rather difficult circumstances.

Excellent quality and service.

Top class service as usual.

Always receive good service and helpfulness. Very reliable.

Excellent as always.

The garage kept me informed about the costs and progress of the repair work to my car. The final bill was less than expected, which never happens at a garage. I'd use Jacksons again.

Rushed repair for me as required for holiday.

A big thank you to Jackson's Garage for brilliant service over the years.

Excellent garage.
