I have a number of cars and use J-Tech Automotive every time for all work and have done so for over 5 years now. I had become completely disillusioned by main dealers. The price is the obvious problem with the main dealers, but even more so their complete and utter disregard for customer service left me dumbstruck on a number of occasions. The number of times they tried to do the work, which was unnecessary, was downright disturbing and scandalous. The proprietor of J-Tech, Jamie Packham, extols virtues, which many of us though were long gone. Honesty, fantastic workmanship, delivery of promises in terms of time scales, costs, fair prices and value for money. The level of personal service is second to none. A fantastic job done every time. I have 100% faith and confidence in J-Tech. You can trust them 100% and you cannot say more than that, Try J-Tech, you will not be disappointed!

Jamie and his team have been very helpful sorting out a series of problems on my very old BMW. They have provided an excellent service at reasonable costs, and are very pleasant to deal with.

I was given a clear breakdown of parts and the work undertaken. The work was carried out in the time that was agreed. I was given the option to get additional work done and trusted their advice. A good experience.
