Kevin and Mark have taken care of my XJ6 since I purchased her. They have always delivered excellent service and advice. Whether it is routine maintenance or more complex overhaul work, they have done a first rate job and I would not entrust the care of my car to anyone else. If you want your Jaguar to receive the very best attention, I really do recommend that you give J Cat a try. I am sure you will be pleased.

Unfortunately I became ill and could not collect my car from J-Cat. I live on the coast and Mark brought it back to me on a Sunday! Thank you for your exceptional customer service.

I had my car booked in for a 'once over' and fuel filter changed. Both rear bushes were worn and needed replacing, garage did this quickly and gave choice of Jag parts or cheaper parts but advised that the cheaper parts can be false economy as not last as long or as good so used Jag parts, all done and dusted for less than two hours labour. Excellent work, nothing else wrong with the car. Yet again, great honest service, I'm sure other garages would have used the cheaper parts and charged full price. Always go to J-Cat for advice / problems, best place in Norfolk by far! Kind regards.

Cannot speak highly enough of the garage. The excellent attitude, offer of a courtesy car, and same day service are rare these days. J-Cat achieved more than I had experienced in past times and I will use them again when necessary. Congratulations.
